摘要
目的观察苏冰鼻吸剂4个不同配方对抗大鼠心肌缺血的影响,确定最佳的处方。方法采用注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,记录体表心电图的变化。结果苏冰1和3均可改善ISO所致的大鼠心电变化,以苏冰3为最佳,可显著改善ISO所致的大鼠心电图T波的变化,延长常压耐缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间。结论苏冰3抗心肌缺血疗效最佳,有对抗ISO诱导的大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用,可提高小鼠耐缺氧能力。
Objective To observe the effects of four different prescriptions of Subing on anti-myocardial ischemia in rats and choose the best prescription.Methods The rat models of acute myocardial ischemia were established with injection of isoprel,and the changes of surface electrocardiogram were recorded.Results Both Subing 1 and 3 improved the electrocardiographic changes induced by isoprel in rats,and the effect of Subing 3 was the best.Subing 3 significantly improved the ischemic electrocardiogram T wave in rats and prolonged the survival time of normobaric hypoxia tolerant in mice.Conclusion Subing 3 is the best prescription.It has good effect on anti-myocardial ischemia induced by isoprel,and could improve the mice resistance to anoxia.
