摘要 阐述了汽车前纵梁薄壁结构碰撞吸能特性的研究方法和研究现状,总结了板厚、材料性能、截面形状、结构形态和连接方式等因素对其碰撞吸能特性的影响。探讨了前纵梁激光拼焊板各部位板厚的多目标优化设计,并给出设计算例。 The method and status of the research on impact energy absorption characteristics of thin-walled structure of vehicle front rail is presented. The effects of sheet thickness, material properties, cross-section geome- try, structure morphology and joining form, etc, on the impact energy absorption characteristics of front rail are summarized. And the multi-objective optimization design of thickness in different parts of laser tailor-welded blank for front rail is discussed with specific design case also given.
