海南岛不同种类与不同生境蔓荆子稀土元素的分析与比较

Studies on Rare Earth Elements of Vitex Trifolia L. and Vitex Trifolia L. var. Simplicifolia Cham. of Hainan Island in Different Speecies and Ecotopes

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪（ICP-MS）测定了海南蔓荆子的稀土元素含量,结果表明,三叶蔓荆子与单叶蔓荆子均是轻稀土La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm的含量比重稀土Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu的高;低海拔三叶蔓荆子的稀土元素含量比高海拔的高;距海岸距离远的稀土元素含量比距离近的高;三叶蔓荆子的稀土元素含量比单叶蔓荆子的高,比值（SM/DM）在1.80-4.33之间;三叶蔓荆子的稀土元素含量区间尺度为0.44-1.83之间,单叶蔓荆子的为0.14-1.31之间,可判断蔓荆药性为苦。单叶蔓荆为甚。

This paper determines the contents of 15 rare-earth elements（REEs） of Vitex trifolia L.and Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.of Hainan Island by ICP-MS.The results showed that the contents of light trace Element（La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm） in the V.trifolia L.and V.trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.is more than weight trace element（Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu）.The contents of trace element in the V.trifolia L.is more than low altitude region.The contents of Trace Element in the V.trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.is more than longer distance from sea coast.The contents of trace element in the V.trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.is more than V.trifolia L.,REEs contents ratio（SM/DM） is between 1.80～4.33.
