贵州织金含稀土中低品位磷矿石捕收剂富磷试验研究

Study on Beneficiation of Phosphorous from Guizhou Zhijin Midium and Low Grade Rare Earths-bearing Phosphorite Ore by Using Reverse Flotation with Collector GJBW

针对织金含稀土中低品位磷矿石,重点考察了捕收剂对浮选效果的影响。试验表明,GJBW是一种有效的捕收剂,通过"一粗一精"反浮选工艺流程,可获得精矿产率64.64%,P2O5品位31.06%,MgO含量0.99%,精矿中P2O5回收率84.87%,MgO脱除率为89.44%。。

According to Zhijin midium and low grade rare-earth bearing phosphate ore,effect of collector on flotation was investigated.Results show that GJBW is a effective collector and phosphate concentrate with yield 64.64%,P2O5 31.06%,MgO 0.99% and P2O5 recovery 84.87% was optained through reverse flotation process..
