中医药分阶段结合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma with staged Chinese herbal medicine and chemotherapy

目的观察中医药分阶段结合化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺腺癌的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性、多中心、随机对照的临床研究方法 ,将90例患者分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(46例)。对照组只予化疗治疗;治疗组行化疗联合中医药治疗,化疗期间服用抗瘤增效方,化疗结束后服用肺岩宁方。主要观察指标为近期疗效、生存期、卡氏评分、主要临床症状、不良反应等。结果近期疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);中位生存期治疗组为16.63个月,高于对照组的11.60个月,差异有显著性(P<0.05);1年、3年、5年生存率治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05);卡氏评分、临床症状改善情况治疗组优于对照组意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药分阶段联合化疗提高近期疗效、延长晚期肺腺癌生存期及改善生存质量均有良好效果。

Objective To observe the effect of staged Chinese herbal medicinal therapy combined with chemotherapy in treating patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma of stages Ⅲ or Ⅳ.Methods Ninety subjects were assigned into treatment group（n=44）and the control group（n=46）.The control group was treated by chemotherapy alone,while the treatment group was treated by chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine,i.e.＂Kangliu Zengxiao Decoction＂（KLZX）was administered in the chemotherapy stage,followed with ＂Feiyanning Decoction＂（FYN） in the stage after finishing the chemotherapy.The short-term effect,survival time,Karnofsky score,main clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed.Results The treatment group had better short-term effect than that in control group（P0.05）.The median survival time was 16.63 months in treatment group and 11.6 months in control group（P0.05）.One-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates in treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Karnofsky score and improvement of clinical symptoms were better in treatment group than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Staged Chinese herbal medicine combined with chemotherapy shows favorable effects in improving short-term effect,quality of life and extending survival time in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
