和胃方治疗胃神经官能症45例

Clinical observation of "Hewei Decoction" in treating 45 cases of gastroneurosis

目的观察和胃方治疗胃神经官能症的疗效。方法将82例胃神经官能症患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(37例),治疗组服用和胃方,对照组口服谷维素、吗丁啉;两组疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组的临床治愈率为80.0%,总有效率为97.7%;对照组两者分别为32.4%、59.5%。治疗组的临床治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论和胃方治疗胃神经官能症具有确切的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Hewei Decoction＂ in treating gastroneurosis. Methods Eighty-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 45 cases were treated with ＂Hewei Decoction＂ and control group in which 37 cases were treated with Oryzanol and Motilium, with a course of 8 weeks. Results The clinical cure rate and total effective rate were 80.0% and 97.7% in the treatment group, and 32.4% and 59, 5% in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups（P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conchlsion ＂Hewei Decoction＂ has positive effects on gastroneurosis.
