耳穴贴压对老年功能性便秘的护理效果评价

Effects of auricular application therapy on elderly functional constipation

目的观察耳穴贴压对老年功能性便秘的护理效果。方法将73例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为试验组(37例)和对照组(36例),两组均采用中医常规护理措施,试验组同时予耳穴贴压(实证用六神丸,虚证用磁珠);干预1个月后,比较两组临床疗效、便秘证候改善程度和安全指标变化情况。结果试验组、对照组总有效率分别为91.89%、30.56%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的6项便秘证候评级治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组观察期间有1例患者耳部皮肤红损,其余患者无不良反应及肝肾功能的异常改变。结论耳穴贴压法用于老年功能性便秘取效良好,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the effects of auricular application therapy on elderly functional constipation.Methods Total 73 subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 37 cases were treated with auricular application therapy and routine nursing,and control group in which 36 cases were given routine nursing.After one-month management,the clinical efficacy,constipation symptom and safety were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.89% in the treatment group and 30.56% in the control group,with a significant difference between them（P0.05）;the constipation was improved in both groups（P0.05）,with a significant difference between them（P0.05）;one case in the treatment group suffered ear irritation,while no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion Auricular application therapy is quite effective for elderly functional constipation.
