Status Quo of Rural Infrastructure Construction and Countermeasures

本文利用第二次全国农业普查资料,采用计量经济分析方法,分析了农村基础设施对农业生产、农村经济和农民收入的作用机制,进一步说明了农村基础设施建设在社会主义新农村建设中的重要性和研究这一问题的必要性。在此基础上,用大量的数据分析了新疆农村基础设施建设现状,指出新疆农村基础设施建设中存在的主要问题,并提出几点对策建议。

Based on the second national agricultural survey and data, the paper analyzes the role that rural infrastructure plays in agricultural production, rural economy and farmers＇ income by using quantitative analysis to illustrate further the importance of infrastructure construction in building new socialist countryside. And what＇ s more, the paper also makes an analysis of status quo of rural infrastructure construction in Xinjiang based on data, points out its problems and advances some countermeasures.
