当前中巴经贸关系发展中的制约因素及应对策略

On Developing Economic and Trade Relations between China and Pakistan

长期以来,中巴关系一直被视为不同社会制度、不同政治意识形态合作的典范,被视为全天候的、经过时间考验的战略伙伴关系。但是,目前中巴"全天候"、"全方位"的关系只存在于政治领域,双方的经贸关系依然发展缓慢。面对中巴关系"政热经冷"的局面,本文分析了制约两国经贸关系发展的因素,并提出应对措施,从而进一步提升双方的经贸关系。只有双方的经贸关系也发展起来了,中巴才能真正建立起"全天候、全方位"的友谊。

For a long time, the relationship between China and Pakistan is regarded as a typical example of different society sys- tems and different political ideologies, and it is also treated as an all - weather and tried - and - true strategic partnership. How- ever now, the ＂all -weather＂ and ＂all -dimensional＂ relationship between China and Pakistan only exists in the political area. Bilateral economic and trade relations still develop slowly. Facing the ＂Hot Politics and Cold Economy＂ situations of China and Pakistan, both countries need to find factors that have restricted the economic and trade relations of the two countries and bring up some measures to answer them readily, so that to promote economic and trade relations further. Only by developing the economic and trade relations of both sides, China and Pakistan can truly build ＂all -weather and all -dimensional＂ friendship.
