摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建技术对茎突综合征的临床价值。方法对我院106例临床拟诊茎突综合征的患者采用MSCT三维重建,观察茎突形态、走行、有无钙化并测量其长度、偏斜角度。结果 106例怀疑茎突过长的患者通过MSCT三维重建诊断茎突过长(≥3cm)85例(80.2%),茎突钙化3例,85例茎突过长患者中,茎突向内偏斜角≥25°有15例(17.6%),向前偏斜角≥25°有21例(24.7%)。结论 MSCT三维重建能清楚、直观地显示茎突立体的全貌,准确地测量其长度、角度以及清晰显示与周围组织结构的关系,MSCT是诊断茎突综合征的一种准确的检查方法 。
Objective To explore the clinical value of MSCT three dimension reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome (SPS).Methods MSCT three dimension reconstruction technique was employed in 106 patients with clinically suspected SPS to observe styloid process morphology, course, or without calcification and measure the length and deviated angle.Results In 106 patients with styloid process syndrome, styloids were longer than 3cm in 85 cases (80.2%), 3 cases with calcified styloid process. The oblique angle of styloid process was deviated internally more than 25° in 15 cases (15/85, 17.6%), deviated anteriorly more than 25° in 21 cases (21/85, 24.7%).Conclusion MSCT three dimension reconstruction technique can show styloid process clearly, measure the length and angle accurately and display the relationship with surrounding structures. It is an accurate way for the diagnosis of styloid process.
