摘要 目的评价超声诊断浅表软组织血肿的应用价值。方法分析血肿的发病诱因及误诊原因,并将声像图归类总结。结果浅表软组织血肿的声像图可分为4种声像类型,即液性声像、混合性声像、洋葱皮声像及实质性声像。结论熟练掌握血肿的发病诱因及其声像图特点,有助于显著提高诊断符合率。 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in superficial soft tissue with hematoma.Methods Analyzing the predisposing factors and misdiagnostic reasons of hematoma, then summarizing its echographic features.Results The echographic features of hematoma in superficial soft tissue can be generalized as 4 patterns: liquid pattern, mixed pattern, onion skin pattern and solid pattern.Conclusion Mastering the predisposing factors and its echographic features of hematoma will help to markedly improve the diagnostic accordance rate.
