摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对102例经手术及病理确诊为乳腺癌的高频彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行了回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌的肿块形态、内部回声、边界、后方回声衰减以及彩色多普勒血流信号有一定的特征。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the value of high frequency and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Methods The findings of high frequency and color Doppler ultrasound of 102 patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results On high frequency and color Doppler ultrasound, the shape, internal echo, border, attenuation, and blood flow signal of breast carcinoma and presented certain features.Conclusion High frequency and color Doppler ultrasound shows a significant value in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
