子宫内膜异位症细胞间粘附分子-1的异常表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(Intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)的异常表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学及图像分析方法比较ICAM-1在正常子宫内膜、内异症在位及异位内膜中的含量。结果 (1)正常子宫内膜和内异症在位内膜腺上皮ICAM-1的表达无明显的周期性变化。在整个月经周期中,内异症在位内膜腺上皮ICAM-1的表达显著高于同期正常子宫内膜。(2)卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿中异位内膜腺上皮ICAM-1的表达显著高于同组患者的在位内膜。结论内异症在位和异位内膜腺上皮ICAM-1的表达增高与内异症的发病密切相关。 Objective To study the role of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods ICAM-1 in normal endometria, eutopic and ectopic endometria from patients with ovarian endometriosis were examined by means of immunohistochemical study and image analysis.Results (1) The expression of ICAM-1 was detected in eutopic endometrial epithelial cells of normal cycling women and patients with endometriosis, and it showed no variation throughout the menstrual cycle. When compared with that of normal endometrium in the same phase, the expression of ICAM-1 in eutopic endometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis was significantly higher. (2) The epithelial cells of endometriotic endometrium showed a significant higher ICAM-1 expression than eutopic endometrium of endometriotic patients did.Conclusion The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 in eutopic and ectopic emdometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis might play a significant role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
