早期门静脉持续灌注化疗对大肝癌术后复发的影响

The preventive effect of early consistent portal vein chemotherapy against postoperative recurrence of large hepatic cancer

目的了解早期门静脉持续灌注化疗对大肝癌术后复发的影响。方法以2003年3月至2009年1月间未实施术后早期门静脉持续灌注化疗的大肝癌手术患者42例为对照组,实施术后早期门静脉持续灌注化疗的大肝癌患者48例为门静脉化疗组。术后两组均定期随访,分别于术后3个月、6个月和12个月复查AFP,同时行CT检查。比较两种不同治疗方案的复发率。结果术后3个月、6个月和12个月门静脉化疗组的复发率分别为4.7%、14.0%和32.6%,明显低于对照组(分别为26.3%、42.1%和68.4%)。结论早期门静脉持续灌注化疗能降低大肝癌术后复发率。

Objective To study the effect of early consistent portal vein chemotherapy（PVC） against postoperative recurrence of large hepatic cancer after radical resection.Methods The consistent portal vein chemotherapy has been performed on 42 cases of large hepatic cancer after radical resection from March 2003 to January 2009. Its recurrence rate was compared with the other 48 cases of large hepatic cancer who didn’t accept consistent portal vein chemotherapy after radical resection.Results All patients were followed up over 12 months. AFP and CT were used to detect the local recurrence on 3, 6 and 12 months after operation respectively. The recurrence rate of the patients with PVC for 3, 6 and 12 months were 4.65%, 14.0%, 32.6%, respectively, and that of the control group were 26.3%, 42.1%, 68.4%, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The early consistent portal vein chemotherapy after radical resection may significant decrease early postoperative recurrence rate.
