Research on consumers’ perception of quality safety in the dairy supply chain and utilization of information

对广州市消费者关于乳品供应链安全风险认知的问卷调查结果显示,消费者对乳品安全状况表示担忧;对乳品供应链各环节安全风险的关注度有较大差别;对来源于政府及中介机构的信息利用程度最高,对来源于自身经验的信息利用程度次之,对来源于生产厂商的信息利用程度最低。

The survey results of consumers in Guangzhou showed that they were worried about the quality safety of dairy products, and their perception of quality safety in the supply chain of dairy products were different. The using degree of information from government and agency was the highest, the information from consumers own experience took the second place, the information from the manufacturer was the lowest.
