南亚热带植物的气孔形态研究 被引量:2

Study on the leaf stomatal morphology of Southern Asia plants

摘要 采用改进的醋酸纤维素膜印迹法对华南地区的57科100多种植物进行叶片气孔观察,用方差分析的方法对气孔横纵径进行差异性研究。结果表明:改进的方法适用于各类植物,并发现改进的方法实用性更强;同时发现科与科之间在气孔形态、气孔纵径上存在着一定的差异,可以为植物分类提供依据。 Using the improved cellulose acetate membrane blot method observed the leaf stomata of more than 100 species in 57 Species South China. Put to use variance analysis for differences study in stomata vertical and horizontal diameter, the results suggested that,the improved method is suitable for all types of plants and more practical; also found that the differences between branches in stomata morphology and stomata verticaldiameter can provide a basis for plant classification
