摘要
用浸渍法就1株分离自蔗锯根天牛的病原绿僵菌对橡胶树材小蠹进行毒力测定。结果显示,绿僵菌孢子浓度为0.32×105~5×105个/mL。致死中浓度LC50在第4、5、6、7d时分别为4.73(±0.11)×105、1.62(±0.14)×105、1.14(±0.15)×105、0.77(±0.16)×105个孢子/mL,LC50随时间增加而减少。孢子悬浮液浓度为5×105、2.5×105、1.25×105个/mL时,致死中时LT50分别为3.68(±0.14)、4.53(±0.15)、5.54(±0.17)d,LT50随孢子悬浮液浓度增加而递减。绿僵菌在橡胶树材小蠹的生物防治中具较强的应用潜力。
Bioassays of isolate (MA-07) of Metarhizium anisopliae were carried out against Xyleborus aquilus Blendford. The X. aquilus adults were immersed in conidial suspensions at concentration ranging from 0.32×105~5.0×105 conidia/mL. the LC50 were estimated to be 4.73 (±0.11)×105, 1.62 (±0.14)×105, 1.14 (±0.15)×105, 0.77 (±0.16)×105×105 conidia/mL on 4th,5th,6th and 7th day.LC50 was reduced with increased time.At the concentrations of 5×105、2.5×105 and 1.25×105 conidia/mL, the estimated LT50 were 3.68(±0.14), 4.53 (±0.15) and 5.54 (±0.17) days respectively. LT50 was shortened with the increase of M. anisopliae in concentration. The meant MA-07 showed that high virulent against X. aquilus adults and could be used as a potential biocontrol agent.
