摘要
对竹丝鸡疑似沙门氏杆菌病料进行分离培养、三糖铁试验、生化鉴定、血清学鉴定及药敏试验。结果表明:42种抗菌药物中对沙门氏菌极敏的占76.19%,高敏的占4.76%,中敏的占9.53%,低敏的占7.14%,不敏感的占2.38%,其中氨曲南、萘定酸、先锋噻肟和洛美沙星对沙门氏菌最敏感,差异均显著(P<0.05)。
Zhusi chicken disease-related material was choosed for isolation and culture, purification, biochemical identification, and drug sensitivity test .The results showed as following, very sensitive drugs accounted for 76.19%, high-sensitivity accounted for 4.76%, middle-sensitivity accounted for 9.53%, low-drugs accounted for 7.14%, not sensitive drugs accounted for 2.38%. Aztreonam, Nalidixic acid, Cefotaxime sodium and Lomefloxacin were the best drugs against Salmonellosis, and had significant difference(P0.05).
