摘要
为了解清远市郊几种常见叶菜的品质状况,采用均匀分布的方法在清远市内的6个主要菜市场的4种常见叶菜(油麦菜、小白菜、生菜、菜心)进行随机采样。按照国家标准测定方法对样品的Vc、可溶性糖、硝酸盐几个指标进行了测定。结果显示,清远市郊常见叶菜的品质偏低,4种叶菜的可溶性糖平均含量仅有0.17%,每100g叶菜总Vc含量为28.75mg,硝酸盐平均含量高达3124.2mg/kg,并呈现出区域的分布性,同一采样区各种品质的差异高达3倍左右。说明清远市郊叶菜的生产缺乏科学的指导。
To investigate the qualities of several common leafy vegetables in Qingyuan suburbs, four kinds of common leafy vegetables (Indian lettuce, pakcho, lettuce, Chinese cabbage) were randomly sampled in this paper, adopted the method uniformly distributed in Qingyuan city's six main vegetable markets. Vitamin C, soluble sugar and nitrate of samples, several indicators were determined with national standard methods. The results showed that the qualities of several common leafy vegetables in Qingyuan suburb were low, average concentration of soluble sugar in four kinds of leafy vegetables was only 0.17%, with a total Vc content of 28.75 mg per 100 g, average concentration of nitrate as high as 3124.2 mg/kg, these showed a regional distribution, the same sampling area differences in a variety of quality up to 3 times or so. This indicated that the production of vegetables in Qingyuan suburbs was lack of scientific guidance.
