Research progress on Regional agricultural plan in China

简述了我国区域农业规划的实践历程,并从侧重自然属性的农业区划研究、注重土地利用规模优化和空间布局优化的区域农业规划研究以及区域农业规划的一般性理论方法研究等方面对其研究进展进行综述,在此基础上分析目前区域农业规划研究和实践中存在的问题和不足,提出从统筹城乡和利益协调的角度进行区域农业规划研究以及加强区域农业规划实施效果评价等3个重点研究方向。

This paper sketches practical progress of regional agriculture plan in China, and summarizes its research progress in emphasizing natural qualities, optimizing the scale of land utilization, optimizing spatial distribution, the general theories and methods of regional agriculture plan. On that basis, it analyses the problems and lacking of current research and practice, puts forward 3 important research areas from the points of balancing urban and rural development, harmonizing the relations among different interests, evaluating the implement and effect of regional agriculture plan.
