基本农地制度与农民行为选择分析

The analysis on basic farmland institution and behavior choices of farmers

制度通过其提供的刺激来影响人们的行为选择,同时制度产生的集体行为效果在一定程度上也会影响国家的决策者,使其作出相应的制度调整。在制度与行为理论的研究基础上,构建新的分析框架分析基本农地制度与农民行为选择互动机理。

The institution influences people＇s behavior choices through the stimulus which it provides, and the effect of collective behavior which the institution produces would affect the policy-maker, to make a corresponding adjustment of the institution. Based on the systematic analysis of institution and the studies on the institution and the behavior, this paper constructed a new analytical framework to analyze the mutual-mechanism between the basic farmland policies and the farmer’s behavior choices.
