摘要
新中国60年来,法治建设经历了一个探索、发展、完善、深化的过程,其间虽历经曲折,但还是取得了重大成就。实践证明,中国的法治建设必须坚持并不断发展民本思想、重视法律的社会经济职能、重视法治的本土资源、借鉴西方法治中具有普适性的价值、坚持司法公正、注重法律程序的独立价值、坚持法制现代化、摒弃人治思想残余,方能真正实现依法治国。
The 60 years of development of legal system in new China saw great achievements although with many ups and downs.The practice proves that Chinese legal system development should put focus on people＇s rights,the economic function of legal development and local resources.It also needs to borrow the western legal development experiences and discard the back-warded ideal of man-ruling.
