摘要
4#、5#渡槽位于河南省三门峡市渑池县陈村乡后河境内,跨沟壑而建,为河南省煤气化工程的配套工程的一部分,拟将原建的4#、5#渡槽拆除后重建,属再建项目,其中5#渡槽长132 m,结合现场实际情况,选择采用一侧倾倒的爆破方法拆除,通过对5#渡槽支撑排架的稳定演算及最小爆破高度计算,选取了混凝土排架合适的临界爆破高度及钻孔爆破参数,并制定了施工质量控制、工艺操作方法及爆破安全防护控制措施,其爆破效果达到了预期目标,顺利地完成了拆除任务。
No. 4 and No. 5 aqueducts located in Chencun village, Mianchi county, Sanmenxia, Henan Province, which was built crossing ravine, and it is a part of supporting project for the coal gasification project in Henan. It is plan to rebuild aqueduct after demolishing the original No. 4 and No. 5 ,which the length of No. 5 is 132m. According to the site condition, the side-collapse was adopted to demolish the aqueduct. Through calculating the stability and mini blast height of the supporting bent of No. 5, the reasonable critical blast height and holes parameters were ehoosen. With controlling constuction quality, safety procteetion and other measures,the blast results reach the anticipated targets successfully.
