摘要
册子岛航道AB段内有2处浅区,深度小于航道的设计水深25.0 m以深要求,需在中石化册子岛原油码头开港前疏浚完毕。因该区域平均水深大于25 m,平均流速达1.4 m/s,本工程采用配备有4台钻机的钻孔船进行水下钻孔炸礁施工,对深水区钻孔爆破的技术设计、爆破参数的选择、具体施工方法的应用、爆破安全防护措施以及爆破安全监理的依据、监理内容和监理控制方法等进行了探讨,为此类深水区钻孔法爆破炸礁施工及爆破安全监理积累了一定的经验。
There are two shallow areas in AB-section of Ce-zi island waterway, which depth is less than the waterway's design depth of 25.0 m,they must be sweept before the operation of sinopec crude oil wharf. Owing to the average water depth more than 25.0 m and the average flow rate more than 1.4 m/s in this region, the drilling veasel equipped with four rigs is used to drill and blast the reef. The blast scheme, construction methods, safety protection and monotoing of deep water drilling and blasting are discussed, some experinces in deep water area have been accumulated for similar construction.
