摘要
提出了混凝土纵向围堰拆除爆破一种新的减振措施,即"预先形成减振带、靠近保护对象区域的炮孔底部设置柔性垫层"的减振措施。通过理论分析和数值仿真计算表明,减振带的设置,增强了对爆破应力波的反射作用,从而产生隔振效果,减振效果达到75%以上。研究成果成功运用于东坪水电站和株溪口水电站混凝土纵向围堰拆除爆破工程中。
A new measures, preshaping vibration damping zone and installing flexible layer on borehole foot near to protective objects, of controlling blasting vibration caused by demolishing longitudinal concrete cofferdam was proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation ,the results show that the vibration damping zone enhances the reflection of explosion stress wave,and the effect of vibration damping exceed 75 percent, which was applied successfully to demolish longitudinal concrete of Dongping and Zhuxikou hydropower station.
