摘要
通过对目前建筑施工企业外部劳务队伍管理存在问题的分析,简述了解决问题的对策和做法。结合中铁十四局集团莱钢项目多年来外部劳务管理的实践,介绍了其在外部劳务队伍选择、合同签订、过程控制、和谐共赢、人性化管理等方面的具体做法,以期对外部劳务管理有所借鉴。
Through analyzing the current questions of management of external labor force existing in construction enterprises, the solutions was elaborated on questions. Combining with management practices for years of external labor forces in Laiwu Iron and Steel project of China Railway 14th Bureau Group,the detaileds of selection of external labor forces, contracting,process control, harmony and win-win, humanized management were introduced with a view to the references for management.
