论我国别墅区的项目建设管理

On Project Construction Management of the Villa Areas in China

别墅区的居住群体往往代表了一个社会的市场精英,别墅区项目也应担负继承和弘扬我国优秀建筑传统和建筑文化的任务。然而,我们在别墅区项目管理中还缺乏一种文化自觉的观念,不能很好地反映出我国传统建筑文化的精华;另外,在别墅区工程施工中,施工单位、监理单位对质量、安全还不太重视。希望别墅区建设遵循天人合一的生态理念,让别墅成为人类第一个"诗意地栖居"的地方,这也应该成为市场精英的目标。

The dwellers in villa areas usually stand for the main stream of the market elites,for which the projects in villa areas are also supposed to inherit and carry forward our excellent architectural tradition and culture.Nevertheless,there is no consciousness to inherit and carry forward this culture in the villa project management.Consequently,the essence of our traditional culture in architecture cannot be demonstrated clearly;Besides,the quality as well as the safety in the course of construction is not paid much attention by the construction units and the supervision units.It is hoped that the construction of villas keep to the idea that nature and man are one,making the villa areas become the first ＂poetic habitations＂ for humans,which should also be the goal of the market elites.
