头孢克肟合成工艺的改进

Improved Synthesis of Cefixime

以7-氨基-3-乙烯基-3-头孢环-4-羧酸(7-AVCA)为原料,采用一锅煮的方法,经过缩合、水解反应合成了头孢克肟。改进后的工艺操作简单,大大缩短了周期,省去了萃取溶剂,适合工业生产。产品收率为88.5%,产品纯度达到99.5%,最大单杂0.2%。

Cefixime is produced by one-pot synthesis by 7-amino-3-vinyl-4-cephalosporanic acid（7-AVCA）through condensation and hydrolyzation.The improved synthetic procedure has the advantage of lower cost,simpler operations and good industrial production.The total yield is 88.5%.The product purity（HPLC）is more than 99.5% and the maximum impurity is 0.2%.
