摘要
目的探讨宁夏回汉青年鼓室导抗图各个测试项目正常值范围及回汉之间的鼓导抗图的差异。方法选取纯音听阈正常、无耳科疾病的正常青年人回族51例、汉族55例,在隔声室中,美国Grason-stadler中耳分析仪、226Hz探测音测试鼓室导抗图。结果所有鼓室导抗图均符合Jerger分类法中的"A"型曲线。宁夏回族青年和汉族青年的等效外耳道容积90%正常参考值范围分别为0.75-1.75mL和0.8-1.65mL;声顺值的90%正常参考值范围分别为0.31-1.48mL和0.3-1.30mL;峰压值的90%正常参考值范围分别为-27-45daPa和-30-45daPa;坡度的90%正常参考值范围分别为33-120daPa和40-120daPa;回族组和汉族组间的等效外耳道容积差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),声顺值,峰压值和坡度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论回族组与汉族组间的鼓室导抗图中等效外耳道容积差异存在统计学意义,应分别采用各自正常参考值标准。
Objective To investigate the range of normal values of tympanogram among Hui and Han youngsters in Ningxia and their differences between the Hui ethnic group and Han ethnic group.Methods51 Hui youngsters and 55 Han youngsters with normal hearing threshold and no ear diseases were included in this study.The tympanograms were determined in sound isolation room by Grason-stadler Middle EarAnalyzer with a probe sound at 226 Hz.ResultsTympanograms determined in this way all showed A type.according to the standard of Jerger categorizing system.,we obtained the normal range of each Tympanogram test at the same time.The 90 percentage of normal reference range of Hui youngsters and Han youngsters for equivalent canal volume were 0.75~1.75 mL and 0.8~1.65 mL respectively.90 percentage of the normal reference range of for the Acoustic compliance value were 0.3 ~ 1.48 mL and 0.3~1.30 mL repectively.90 percentage of the normal reference range for Peak sound pressure were-27~45 daPa and-30~45 daPa respectively 90 percent of the normal reference range for Gradient were 33~120dapa and 40~120dapa respectively.There were statistic differences in the values of equivalent canal volume(P〈0.05) but no differences in that of peak sound pressure,acoustic compliance and gradient(P〉0.05) as determined from the tympanograms.between Hui ethnic group and Han ethnic group.ConclusionAs the differences in the values of equivalent canal volume Between Hui and Han nationality,We should establish their own normal reference standards,rather than blindly refer to foreign standards.Due to the differences of normal standards between Hans and Huis,the reference standard is very necessary.
