摘要
目的观察头痛宁胶囊治疗紧张型头痛的疗效,探讨作用机制。方法将90例紧张型头痛患者随机分为三组,分别给予头痛宁胶囊、氟桂利嗪胶囊和头痛宁胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗28d,观察治疗前后患者血清中电解质及血浆中甲硫脑啡肽(MEK)浓度的变化。结果头痛宁胶囊对头痛程度、血钾、MEK的降低及镁离子浓度升高优于氟桂利嗪(P<0.01),而头痛宁组与联合组相比上述生化指标浓度的改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊可以改善紧张型头痛患者的头痛程度,其机制可能与降低血清中钾离子,升高镁离子及降低血浆MEK浓度有关。
Objective To discuss the function mechanism of Toutongning caps in treating tension headache.Methods90 patients with tension headache were divided randomly into toutongning group,Flunarizine group and affiliation group.The changes of clinical symptom and electrolyte,magnesium,methionine enkephalin（MEK） were observed before and after treatment in three groups.ResultHeadache degree,blood potassium,MEK reduction and the magnesium ion concentration elevates in Toutongning group showed significant difference from that in Flunarizine group（P〈0.01）.No significant difference in biochemical indices were found between Toutongning group and affiliation group（P〉0.05）.ConclusionToutongning caps may improve the tension headache patient＇s headache degree,reduce the serum potassium,elevate the magnesium ion and reduce.The plasma MEK concentration is possibly one of its function mechanisms.
