原位大隐静脉-腘静脉转流术治疗下肢股浅静脉闭塞症的体会

摘要 目的探讨原位大隐静脉-腘静脉转流术治疗下肢股浅静脉闭塞症的疗效。方法总结分析我科自2000—2006年15例患有下肢股浅静脉闭塞症并行原位大隐静脉-腘静脉转流术治疗的患者临床资料。结果所有患者中9例症状明显缓解,4例部分缓解,2例无效;术后症状总缓解率86%;转流桥远期通畅率为40%。结论原位大隐静脉—腘静脉转流术的通畅率不高,结合暂时性动静脉瘘手术时对治疗下肢股浅静脉血栓后遗症有较好的效果。
