摘要 利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱建立了检测水源水中痕量双酚A的方法。同时,考察了C18小柱的最佳洗脱条件。此方法的色谱分析条件是:流动相为0.01moL/L的乙酸铵缓冲液(pH=4)与乙腈之比等于55-45(体积比),色谱柱温度为25℃,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为278nm。该方法的线性范围为50~1000μg/L,检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/L,不同加标水平的双酚A回收率为95.07%-98.53%。最佳固相萃取条件为:水样pH=3、用体积分数为75%的乙腈溶液作为洗脱剂、过样流速为5mL/min。用此方法测定实际水源水,结果准确、操作简便。 It used the SPE - HPLC to determinate bisphenol A in source water. The best elution condition of C18 column was described. Chromatographic conditions included: 0.01 mol/L mobile phase of ammonium acetate buffer( pH - 4) : acetonitrile = 55 : 45 ( volume ratio), the column temperature was 25℃, current velocity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wave length was 278 nm. The linearity was in the range from 50 to 1 000 p,g/L,and detection limit( S/N =3) was 0.5 ug/L. Recoveries for bisphenol A at different spiked levels were ranged from 95.07% to 98.53%. The best condition of SPE included : pH of samples was 3, using aeetonitrile (75 %, volume ratio) as eluant, flow rate of samples was 5 mL/min. This method was simple, handled easily and accurate for the determination of bisphenol A.
