The essay introduces the exploration and implementation of ＂Quality Project＂ by Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the high-quality innovative talent training system which is being gradually improved,and elaborates the remarkable results achieved,owing to scientific planning,effective measures,and gradual implementation,in the construction of ＂Quality Project＂ from the aspects of teaching reform,curriculum design,practice teaching,teaching staff and base construction.With its universality in improving undergraduate education quality,the experience is of important demonstrative function and radiation effects,and sheds light on other universities＇ development in this aspect.
