摘要
文章通过对高校人才引进问题内在机理的梳理和分析,阐释了需要超越"契约"关系,使引进人才获得内在的价值认同以最终实现人才价值,进而提出了高校人才引进战略的对策选择。
Based on a review and an analysis of the internal mechanism of talent recruitment in China's universities,the essay elaborates the necessity of surpassing contractual relation for the approval and eventual realization of the talents' internal values,and proposes some strategic measures to improve the current mechanism.
