摘要
通过对刀具表面进行涂层处理,可以显著提高刀具的表面硬度和耐磨性,延长刀具的使用寿命.目前刀具涂层制备方法主要包括化学热处理、热喷涂法、溶胶-凝胶法、气相沉积法等.涂层刀具的发展呈现涂层成分多元化、涂层结构多层化、涂层基体梯度化和涂层工艺灵活化的趋势,涂层刀具后处理技术包括热处理、磁化处理及深冷处理等.随着技术的进步,更多更新型的刀具表面涂层技术必将会出现.
With the development of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology toward the high speed,high precision,dry cutting direction,there are more higher requirements on tool material performance.Through the surface coating,the tool's surface hardness and wear resistance can be improved significantly,and tool life can be extended.Now coating methods include chemical heat treatment,thermal spraying,Sol-gel,CVD etc.There are more develop trends of tool coatings,Such as coating compositions diversification,structural multilayer coating,coating the substrate gradients and technology trend of flexibility.Coating processing technigue includes heat treatment,magnetization and cryogenic,etc.As technology advances,more new tool surface coating technology will occur.
