摘要
目的探讨自锁托槽摩擦力的相关影响因素。方法分别在干燥和人工唾液条件下,测试2种自锁托槽系统(SmartClip,OPA-K)与4种弓丝(0.048cm×0.064cm镍钛方丝、0.048cm×0.064cm不锈钢方丝、0.041cm×0.056cm镍钛方丝、0.036cm镍钛丝)组合的动、静态摩擦力,并对有关因素做多元线性回归分析和直线相关分析。结果自锁托槽种类、弓丝材质、人工唾液与自锁托槽的摩擦力有线性回归关系(P<0.01),镍钛弓丝的尺寸与摩擦力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论自锁托槽种类、弓丝、人工唾液均是影响自锁托槽摩擦力的重要影响因素。
Objective To study the influencing factors correlated to the frictional resistance between self-ligating brackets and archwires.Methods The static and kinetic friction of different combinations of two self-ligating brackets(SmartClip,OPA-K)coupled with four types of archwires(0.048 cm×0.064 cm rectangular nickel-titanium,0.048 cm×0.064 cm rectangular stainless steel,0.041 cm×0.056 cm rectangular nickel-titanium,and 0.036 cm nickel-titanium)was tested in the dry and artificial saliva states.Multiple linear regression and linear correlation were conducted to screen the influencing factors.Results The factors correlated to the frictional resistance were type of self-ligating brackets,archwires and artificial saliva(P〈0.01).Conclusion The type of self-ligating brackets,archwires and artificial saliva all were important influencing factors correlated to the frictional resistance of self-ligating brackets.
