253 Distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and resistance analysis

目的回顾性分析本院在1a内不同标本中，分离到的铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药情况，以利临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法采用纸片扩散法，对分离到的253株铜绿假单胞菌进行药物敏感试验。结果本院2009年1月1日至2009年12月31日分离到的铜绿假单胞菌构成居第一位，并且对多种抗菌药物严重耐药。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性问题日趋严重，应引起临床医生的高度重视。

Objective To retrospectively analyze different samples within a year, isolate Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to antibiotics, and promote rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Disk diffusion method, on the 253 isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa for drug sensitivity test. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common strain separated during 2009-01-01 and 2009-12-31, and is high resistant to many antibiotics. Conclusion The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is more and more serious, and the clinician＇s should pay attention to the problem.
