乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9在胆管癌侵袭转移中的联合表达及相关性 被引量:2

Correlation of matrix metal loproteinases-9 and heparanase expression in the invasion and metastasis of Cholangiocarcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPA)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metal loproteinases-9,MMP-9)在胆管癌侵袭转移中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胆管癌、26例正常胆管组织中HPA和MMP-9的表达情况。结果:HPA和MMP-9在胆管癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于癌旁正常胆管组织(P<0.01);HPA和MMP-9的表达与患者年龄、性别、分化程度均无关(P>0.05);而与胆管癌TNM、浸润深度和淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05),且胆管癌组织中HPA和MMP-9的表达之间呈正相关(r=0.256,P<0.05)。结论:HPA和MMP-9是胆管癌浸润、转移的重要因子,HPA可能通过上调MMP-9的表达来促进胆管癌的浸润、转移。两者表达的检测有助于胆管癌浸润转移的判断。 Objective:To evaluate the effect and correlation of HPA and MMP-9 in infiltration/metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:The expressions of HPA nd MMP-9 were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 26 cases normal bile duct tissues.Results:The quantitative expression of the HPA and MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues was remarkably higher than normal bile duct tissues(P〈0.01).The expression of HPA and MMP-9 were positively related to TNM,invasion and metastasis in the cholangiocarcinoma(P〈0.05) and not related with patient's age,sex,mass location(P〈0.05).The positive expressions of HPA and MMP-9 is correlated in the cholangiocarcinoma(r =0.256,P〈0.05).Conclusion:HPA and MMP-9 are important factors in infiltration and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma,HPA may promote the infiltration and etastasis by up-regulating the expression of MMP-9.The expression of HPA and MMP-9 may help to judge invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.
