大肠癌术后肺部感染的原因及防治

The causes and prevention of postoperative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer

目的:探讨大肠癌术后肺部感染的原因及防治方法。方法:对大肠癌术后肺部感染148例作回顾性分析并结合文献进行讨论。结果:经积极救治,死亡3例,治愈142例,自动出院3例。结论:大肠癌术后肺部感染的发生与术前准备、手术时间长短、麻醉方式、术后疼痛、吸氧时间、术后护理有密切关系,应采取相应的防治措施来防治大肠癌术后肺部感染。

Objective：To investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer.MethodS：To make a retrospective analysis and discussion association with literature on 148 patients arround postoperative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer.Results：By the positively treatmented,148 cases of colorectal cancer patients with pulmonary infection 3 deaths,145 cases were cured.Conclusion：The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer close associated with the preoperative preparation,operative duration,anesthesia,postoperative pain,inhale oxygen time,post-operative nursing,we should take the corresponding prevent measures to combat the postoperative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer.
