摘要
目的:总结儿童陈旧孟氏骨折的手术疗效。方法:儿童陈旧孟氏骨折21例。对尺骨畸形进行截骨矫形,1/3弧形钢板固定,桡骨小头切开复位,环状韧带修补或重建,肱桡关节短期克氏针固定。术后随访8个月至2年。结果:优12例,良7例,差2例,优良率90%。结论:对儿童陈旧孟氏骨折应积极手术治疗,术后早期开始功能训练。
Objective：To explore the children sum up the surgical treatment of old Monteggia fracture.Methods：The deformity of the ulnar osteotomy,1/3 arc-shaped plate fixation,radial head with open reduction,annular ligament repair or reconstruction,brachioradialis joint short-term pinning.Results：21 patients were completely followed up for postoperative follow-up time of 8 months to 2 years.Excellent in 12 cases;good in 7 cases;and poor in 2 cases,excellent rate of 90%.Conclusion： The old Monteggia fracture in children should be actively surgery,the early postoperative functional exercise,get a good effect.
