摘要
用高、中、低锌饲料喂养的大鼠经热暴露5分钟、30分钟和60分钟后进行血红细胞C3b受体酵母菌花环试验、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验,结果发现:无论是否经受热应激,红细胞C3b受体及红细胞免疫复合物花环率均为高锌组高于中锌组,中锌组高于低锌组(差异有显著性)。提示锌不足导致红细胞免疫粘附功能减弱,降低其清除免疫复合物的能力,从而降低机体细胞免疫功能,不利于抵抗热应激。相反,充足的锌则有助于机体热耐力的形成。
Rats were fed with dietary contained high,moderate and low zinc and then ,received heat stress for 5 min,30min and 60 min.The red cell C 3b receptor and red cell immmune compound rate (ICR)were measured in these rats.The results suggested that the insufficiency of zinc intake can result in the decreasing of the red cell immune function and was helpless to resist heat stress.
