摘要
[目的]观察健康教育应用于电子结肠镜检查中的效果。[方法]将134例肠镜检查病人按单双日分为研究组(72例)和对照组(62例)。对照组采用常规护理;研究组在预约后检查前由专职人员对病人进行系统性的健康教育。应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估病人焦虑情况;自制问卷调査了解病人肠镜检査的耐受性。[结果]研究组病人焦虑评分及病人对肠镜检查的耐受性与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健康教育应用于电子肠镜检查过程中,可提高病人对肠镜检查的耐受性,有效缓解病人的焦虑情绪。
Objective: To observe the effect of applying health education process for patients accepting electronic colonoscopy. Methods: A total of 134 patients accepting electronic colonoscopy were randomly divided into test group (72 cases) and control group (62 cases). Patients in control group were accepted usual care. Patients in test group were accepted full range and systematic health education at appointment, before and after electronic colonoscopy respectively by professional staff. Then the anxiety of patients were assessed by Zung self - rating anxiety scale (SAS). The tolerance of patients on colonoscopy were investigated with self - made questionnaire. Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of anxiety scores and tolerance of colonoscopy between the two group patients (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion. Application of health education process for patients accepting electronic colonoscopy can enhance their tolerance of colonoscopy. And it can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients as well.
