摘要
针对传统工艺钠化焙烧法回收率低,且污染环境等问题,进行了以氯酸钠为氧化剂,添加适当的添加剂,用盐酸浸出含钒黏土矿的可行性研究,对提钒各阶段的影响因素进行了详尽分析和优化.取得了浸出率92.82%,总回收率86.64%的较好指标,并获得了品位为99.7%高纯五氧化二钒.
The traditional process of calcination rate low sodium,and the pollution of the environment and other issues,carried out by sodium chlorate as the oxidant,add the appropriate additives,clay with hydrochloric acid leaching of vanadium ore feasibility study on the various stages of vanadium influencing factors are analyzed in detail and optimized.Leaching rate of 92.82% achieved a total recovery of 86.64% of the better indicators,and received a grade of99.7% high purityvanadiumpentoxide.
