摘要
阐述了电火花线切割加工的角部精度问题产生的原因及其影响因素,通过分析,提出了几种尖角保护措施,并说明了它们在数控线切割中适用的场合.
The causes and influencing factors of corner’s precision in WEDM are presented in the article.Some ways of corner protection are put forward.Then the conditions under which the above ways are taken in CNC wire-cut machines are described.
