摘要
超声检测技术已经广泛应用于固体火箭发动机衬层厚度检测和脱粘检测中.由于发动机壳体表面具有均匀的旋压纹理,造成检测后的粘接质量扫描图存在纹理噪声,影响了对脱粘区域的确定及面积的计算.研究了以旋压固体火箭发动机为研究对象,提出并采用中值滤波与小波一维信号降噪相结合的图像滤波后处理方案,较好地解决了旋纹壳体衬层脱粘区域的识别问题.
The ultrasonic testing technology has been widely applied to the thickness detection and debonding testing for the lining of SRM.Because of the uniform texture in the spinning shell surface,the bonding quality diagnosis image has texture noises which affect the determination of debonding regions and the area calculation.By taking the spinning shell of SRM as the research object,a post-processing image filtering project is put forward,based on the combination of medium-value filtering and one-dimensional wavelet signal de-noising and the identification of debonding-region between spinning texture shell and lining is effectively settled.
