解读《实体器官移植患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和治疗指南》

Interpretation of Clinical Practice Guidelines in Invasive Fungal Infection after Solid Organ Transplantation

侵袭性真菌感染是实体器官移植后移植物功能丧失和受者死亡的重要原因之一。为了促进对中华医学会2009年颁布《实体器官移植患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和治疗指南》的理解和应用,本文就其中实体器官移植受者侵袭性真菌感染的流行病学的特点进行了归纳,扼要介绍了疾病的定义和诊断依据、方法 ,强调了该疾病的规范化防治。

Invasive fungal infection after organ transplantation is a main cause of mortality and graft loss. Clinical Practice Guidelines in Invasive Fungal Infection after Solid Organ Transplantation was issued （established） by Chinese Medical Association in 2009. In order to offer healtheare providers a better understanding of the guideline, the epidemic characteristics of invasive fungal infection after organ transplantation was summarized and the definition of the disease and its diagnosis and treatment were briefly introduced in this article. The importance to standardize the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal infection was emphasized.
