摘要
目的探讨头风发作与自由基的相关性,为头风的中西医治疗提供有效依据。方法采用随机、对照试验方法 ,设病例组和健康组各100例,病例组于头痛4h内采血测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),健康组抽取血样测SOD、MDA。血清SOD采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测,MDA采用TBA(硫代巴比妥酸)法检测。结果头风患者发作期SOD活性显著下降,MDA水平显著升高,与健康组比较,分别为P<0.05和P<0.01,提示头风病发病与机体自由基损伤相关。结论头风发作与自由基紊乱有相关性,自由基损伤是头风病重要的发病机理之一。
Objective To observe the free radicals level in Toufeng disease, also named migraine, so to explore the pathogenesis of the Toufeng disease, as well as to provide an effective treatment for migraine with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods The free radicals (SOD, MDA) level in the Toufeng disease onset group(100 cases) were tested and compared with the healthy group (100 cases). The free radicals (SOD, MDA) of the patient group were tested in 4 hours after headache onset while that of the healthy group were tested as soon as taken in. Serum SOD was assayed with xanthine oxidase and MDA with TBA (thiobarbituric acid). Results Compared with the healthy group, the level of SOD was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), while the MDA level was significantly increased (P〈0.01) in patient group. The statistical analysis showed that the onset of Toufeng disease was relating to the free radicals damage. Conclusion The onset of Toufeng disease is related to the free radicals damage. And the free radical balance disorder is one of the important pathogenesis in migraine.
