艺术表现力对运动员竞技能力的促进研究

Influence of Artistic Expressiveness on Athletic Competitive Ability

采用文献资料法、录像观摩与分析法、现场观察法等研究方法,对花样滑冰、花样游泳、艺术体操、技巧、健美操等项目运动员的艺术表现力的相关内容进行研究。发现艺术表现力是运动员重要的竞技能力之一,它在竞赛规则中艺术分值从无到有,并呈逐渐提高的趋势,影响着竞赛结果。良好的艺术表现力通过感染观众、征服裁判,从而间接促进运动员竞技成绩的提高。因此提高运动员艺术表现力对其竞技能力提高有着重要作用。

Literature review,video analysis and on-the-spot observation are employed in this paper to research the artistic expressiveness of athletes in such events as figure skating,synchronized swimming,rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics.Artistic expressiveness is one of the most important competitive skills for athletes and plays an increasingly important role in competition.It has direct impact on athletic performance.Improving the artistic expressiveness for athletes can help improve their performance.
