摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,通过对新疆六所高校少数民族体育教师适应新课程情况进行调查与分析,发现少数民族体育教师在课程理念、课程开发、教学研究、以及教学方式等诸多方面尚不能完全很好的适应。建议:加强体育教师之间的群体合作;完善和改进体育教学评价工作;增强有针对性的课改适应性培训;促进少数民族体育教师开展自我反思。
Literature review,questionnaire and interview are employed to survey the adaption to new curricular reform of ethnic P.E.teachers in six Xinjiang colleges.It is found that ethnic P.E.teachers cannot well adapt themselves to the curricular notion,curricular development,teaching research and teaching mode.It is suggested that cooperation between P.E.teachers should be enhanced,evaluation of P.E.teaching should be improved,more training should be done to help P.E.teachers adapt to the reform and self-examination among P.E.teachers should be promoted.
