摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、录像解析法等研究方法,对西安体育学院26名男子网球专修学生进行力量(非)分期训练对比研究。结果表明,经过分期力量训练的专修学生在半蹲、卧推等最大力量及10m折返跑、纵跳、发球速度等专项力量指标上较非分期组网球专修生提高幅度明显。结论:网球专修学生力量训练过程可根据竞赛安排,按力量训练适应期、最大力量训练期、爆发力转化期及竞赛保持期基本顺序进行分期式力量训练。
Literature review,experimental teaching and video analysis are employed in this paper to conduct a comparative study into the instalment strength training for 26 male tennis majors in Xi'an Sport University.Research findings indicate that such indexes as running between 10 meter and serving speed for tennis majors involved in instalment strength training have been markedly improved.It is concluded that the strength training for tennis majors can adopt the instalment training method to divide it,according to the competition arrangement,into the adaptation strength training period,the maximum strength trainin period,the eruptive force conversion period and the competitiveness maintenance period.
